We only collect data strictly necessary to deliver smooth gameplay, synchronization, and customer support services:

• Google Play Games Account ID & Player Name: Anonymous identifier to store and retrieve your dog collection, kennel levels, and achievements across Android devices.
• Gameplay Diagnostics & Telemetry: In-game progress, energy counters, dog stats (Bond, Beauty, Fitness, Obedience), and crash logs to detect and fix bugs.
• Support Request Data: Email address, Kennel ID, device model, and message content submitted when creating a ticket via our Support Desk.
• Transaction Metadata: Google Play transaction token and GPA order numbers to verify in-app purchases of Paw Coins or Gems. We never store credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected is utilized exclusively for:

1. Maintaining real-time game state, multiplayer kennel rankings, and cloud backup.
2. Responding to support tickets, resolving bugs, and crediting missing virtual items.
3. Optimizing performance on various Android hardware models.
4. Preventing unauthorized exploits, cheats, or violations of our Terms of Service.

4. Data Retention & Google Play Mandatory Account Deletion

In adherence to Google Play Store requirements, players have complete autonomy over their data. You may request the permanent deletion of your game profile and all associated records at any time:

Visit our Account Data Deletion Portal or navigate inside the game to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Once confirmed, all server data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

Paw Champions is designed as a family-friendly casual game suitable for players of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal contact information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA) without verified parental consent.
