1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile game Paw Champions, its related features, software, in-app services, and official websites provided by PowerPlay Studio s.r.o. ("Studio", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or playing Paw Champions, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Limited License & Account Usage

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to install and play Paw Champions on compatible mobile devices (Android) strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, hacks, or cheats to modify or influence gameplay progression.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application binary.
• Sell, trade, or transfer your in-game kennel account to third parties for real-world currency.
• Exploit in-game bugs or glitches for unfair competitive advantage in agility tournaments.

3. Virtual Items, Paw Coins & In-App Purchases

The Game features virtual currencies (such as Paw Coins, Treats, and Gems) and digital collectibles (such as dog breeds, collars, and grooming tools).

• Virtual License Only: Virtual items and currencies represent a limited, personal, non-refundable license. They have no equivalent cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money.
• Billing through Google Play: All transactions are processed securely via Google Play In-App Billing and are subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service.
• Refund Policy: Except as required by mandatory consumer protection law or Google Play Store policies, all in-app purchases are final.

4. Community Guidelines & Fair Play

We strive to provide a positive, respectful environment for dog lovers worldwide. Offensive kennel names, toxic behavior in leaderboard chats, or harassment will result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent kennel termination.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, dog character artwork, music, sound effects, animations, code, and graphical designs in Paw Champions are the exclusive intellectual property of PowerPlay Studio and its licensors.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Paw Champions is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PowerPlay Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
